3. Services, pricing and results
Published packages and readiness results are invitations to complete a formal scope, not an automatic acceptance of work. Services begin only after the relevant parties approve a written proposal or agreement, required payments clear and onboarding conditions are met.
- Prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise.
- Google media spend is not included in management or activation fees.
- Tax, payment terms, included accounts, markets, deliverables and exclusions are confirmed in the proposal.
- We may decline work where there is insufficient fit, capacity, access, budget or legal clarity.
No statement on this website guarantees impressions, clicks, leads, qualified opportunities, sales, revenue, profit or return on advertising spend.
4. Readiness assessment and launch commitment
The Search Readiness Index is a preliminary automated assessment based on the answers submitted. It may recommend a service path, foundation work or waiting. It is not a guarantee, final acceptance decision or binding quotation. You may correct the information, submit the check again or request a written review.
The public 14-business-day launch commitment starts only after all stated prerequisites are complete, including payment, required account access, usable assets and approvals. Delays caused by client dependencies, website work, policy issues, platform review, outages or other third parties pause or extend the timeline. The activation-fee refund applies only where a signed service schedule includes the commitment and the delay is solely within our control.
5. Acceptable use
You may view, print and share links to this website for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the website, its hosting or its security;
- attempt unauthorised access to any account, server or data;
- introduce malicious code or use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the site;
- misrepresent an affiliation with The Search Ledger;
